Another use for the Vuzix iWear AV230

A Quick Story: We had a lot of fun with the lower resolution AV230 using our families nightscope. We like to go up north in Michigan to view the wildlife at my Mothers house. Have you ever been in total Darkness and heard the sound of what you think is animals running through the forests? Let me tell you, I'm no kid, I'm 53 years old and it can Creep you out! I mean, you can even see your hand in front of your face, lol.We had bought the nightscope last year to maybe see the animals. If you have ever used one of these, then you know what kind of eye strain you can get. It's very uncomfortable. The last time we went up there, I took a set of the Vuzix iWear AV230 up with us and hooked it up to the Video out jack, made the settings in the menu for using the out jack. all I can tell you is Wow. It's like I bought an expensive pair of nightvision Goggles. The view was fantastic. I would not recommend the AV920 as the Higher Res won't help with Nightvision.

Hello Everyone,

First and foremost I'm sorry to have to open this blog today. I have been watching all the Videos on the News about 9/11. It truly is a sad date. please Pray for all the Victims and their Family's.

On with my very first posts:
I have never blogged in the past. Please understand that I'm a learning process of using this new venture. I'm in no way an "Editor" lol, I may have some grammar errors but I promise to use the spell check :)

Today I just did the basic setup here and I'm sure it won't be long where I can actually start talking about my Store. We have some nice products and this blog might give me a chance to go more in detail with them. I hope to someday soon get a Video Camera and do some product descriptions that are more informative than whats on the store.

We will see how I do, Won't we :) Please wish me luck as I know I will need it.

Just a quick note for navigating on my store. When you open the Home page http://www.greatlakesbuy.com/ You will see along the top left in the vertical nav links, "Products" With the store software I have, it's a fly-out menu. This means as you hover your mouse over the links, the menu will expand and branch out to the different categories. I know it's hard work but that what I have for now.
